U.S. BAR Gunner, Europe
Modeling the U.S. Army in WWII

Warriors Scale Models

This is another stunning figure from sculptor Rendall Patton.  This soldier is cautiously advancing forward, his BAR at the ready.  He wears the olive drab 1943 coat, scarf and gloves so he’s more appropriate for a chilly scene rather than a Normandy hedgerow. He wears the 1943 leather gaiters.

The sculpting is excellent, and the face has a wary look to it. The BAR is crisply molded as a separate piece, but fits well in the figure’s hands.
