I don't know much about these two companies. At one time Modelcraft was aligned with Academy. It may be after they split the Modelcraft armor line was picked up by Nitto. Some of these kits have also been released by Blue Tank, another Asian company.

This is probably an incomplete list, but these kits have a general reputation of being dogs. The M29 Weasel has severe scale problems (someone said it was around 1/46). The cargo tractors can be built but need considerable reworking to attain better accuracy. It would be best to check with modelers on the Internet for specifics before investing in these kits.
