U.S. Jeep Officer
Modeling the U.S. Army in WWII

This is a simple but finely sculpted four-piece figure of a GI ostensibly in a jeep, but could probably be positioned in a number of different vehicles or settings. His right arm can rest on a machine gun or windshield. The left hand is molded to the raised left knee for a more realistic placement. The face is rendered well but its look is rather impassive. The helmet is a tad small, but with a strap deployed under the officer's chin, it could be this is a liner rather than the M1 steel pot. We'll see how it all looks when painted up. The figure stands under just 6'.

With the early war leggings, this figure would fit a variety of settings and theaters. A switch of heads could make this figure a versatile focal point for a diorama.
